Today, we would like to introduce to you that we have started a demonstration project on the application of biochar with JA Zennoh Fukuren.
We applied rice husk biochar to broccoli in October of this year and wheat in November and in the future, will apply biochar to komatsuna, rice and so on to investigate the growth and yield.
From next year, Tromso will apply biochar to many demonstration areas in the country, and by having farmers experience the effects of biochar, we aim to spread the use of biochar.
